Yorkshire Region MPA Print Competition 2008

This was my first Master Photographers Association print competition and didn't really expect to win anything so was very pleased to win Classic Portrait Photographer of the year, a Merit Award in Family Portrait and Highly Commended in Press & PR. Here are the winning photographs.

Lucy & Stewart | Leeds Civic Hall | 14th June

Lucy and Stewart had a very relaxed wedding, after the ceremony at Leeds Civic Hall the guests went over the road to the Champagne Bar in The Electric Press building. After Champagne and a few nibbles everyone went back to Lucy and Stewarts house for a BBQ........and a game of Mr & Mrs! Lucy wore a beautiful Jenny Packham dress from Avorio in Sheffield.

Jenny, Andrew & Rebecca

This was Jenny and Andrew's pre-wedding shoot, another shoot in the Botanical Gardens, I would recommend a visit! We had a chat about the wedding and then had a wander and took a few relaxed portraits.

Ildze

Ildze wanted some pictures of some of the Gynastic/Ballet poses she could do while she could still do them. We met in the Botanical Gardens and had a great couple of hours, here are a few of my favourites.
